im doing it with my flash and long exposure.
in the flash i have a function of REPEAT like a flicker so when i move every time it shots the camera captuers every movment.

iset the camera to long exposure
i put the flash to output 6 times...

and this is how u do it :)

Although saying that I doubt my camera can do it. My camera sucks. Heh.
